An Art Therapist directs and coordinates recreational activities for people with disabilities or illness to help them improve their emotional and physical well-being, improve motor skills and increase confidence. Leads activities involving art, crafts, and similar activities. Assists patients with disabilities to learn to use public resources such as parks and public transportation, and integrate in the community. Works with people of all ages, in schools, nursing homes, clinics and other healthcare facilities, or in parks and recreation departments.

Job Description
D. Our IOP Therapist coordinates care and provides therapeutic treatment for our intensiveoutpatient department. AGBHis a member of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS). UHS is one of the nation's largest and most respected healthcare management companies with more than 90,000 employees.
IOP Therapist Details:
This is a part-time position Mon - Thurs. from 5:00pm - 8:00pm w/some weekends Group sessions will be offered for one hour sessions; as needed Paperwork and documentation is completed each day for all sessions delivered Provide mentoring, supervision and development opportunities for AGBH employees.Qualifications Job Qualifications & Experience:
Masters Degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health or Marriage and Family Therapy required, Psy.D. highly preferred. Must hold a valid license in the State of Utah. Excellent written and oral communication skills, time management, crisis intervention, and group and individual psychotherapy required. Keep current with continuing education requirements for Utah state license.
