Therapist - SH - Douglas Wy Woods Cross, UT 84040 Apply Overview Level Experienced Education Level Graduate Degree Category Health Care Apply Description Senior Health Counseling Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-time therapist to provide mental health services to our skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The ideal candidate is empathetic, adaptable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality care to adults and seniors across various clinical settings. Responsibilities Provide individual counseling or psychotherapy to adults and seniors Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Diagnose using DSM-5 criteria Offer appropriate resources and referrals as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Manage a personal caseload effectively and independently Qualifications Master's degree and active licensure:
LCSW, LPC, LCPC, CMHC, LMFT
, or equivalent Proficiency with DSM-5 and treatment planning Strong documentation and computer skills (Microsoft Word, EHR systems) Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases Experience with geriatric populations preferred, but not required Reliable transportation for travel between local facilities Lindon, Orem, Provo, Payson Ideal Candidate Adapts easily to changing facility conditions resident health fluctuations, and interdisciplinary needs.
