8:00 AM-4:00 PM Onsite employee-health environment What You'll Do As part of the onsite health team, you'll provide early clinical intervention and help employees prevent workplace injuries and remain healthy on the job. Perform musculoskeletal assessments and early-intervention care Provide first aid and triage for workplace health concerns Conduct ergonomic assessments and recommend corrective strategies Identify workplace injury risks and support prevention initiatives Educate employees on injury prevention, body mechanics, wellness, and healthy work practices Support early intervention and return-to-work plans Collaborate with safety and HR teams on workforce health initiatives Complete required clinical documentation and data reporting Provide actionable insights supporting workplace health and safety Required Qualifications Board of Certification (BOC) Certified Athletic Trainer Current BLS certification Strong musculoskeletal assessment and communication skills Comfortable working in an onsite industrial environment Preferred Experience 1+ year of experience in Industrial Health, Occupational Health, or sports medicine Ergonomics and workplace injury prevention Musculoskeletal early intervention Familiarity with OSHA recordability Familiarity with workers' compensation processes CEAS or OSHA 10 certification Athletic Trainers with strong transferable clinical skills are encouraged to apply, including candidates whose experience has primarily been in sports medicine or traditional Athletic Training settings .
