Job Description

Athletic Trainer, Certified (ATC) Madison Medical and Sports Rehabilitation Center | Madison, NJ | Full-Time
MISSION STATEMENT
Madison Medical Sports & Wellness is a physician-led, multidisciplinary practice delivering world-class, out-of-network care.

Our model integrates advanced sports medicine, medical wellness, rehabilitation, and concierge-level service to produce exceptional clinical outcomes and an elevated patient experience. We operate at the intersection of clinical excellence, operational precision, and modern systems. Every patient interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism, discretion, and thoughtful care coordination.

We exist to raise the standard of outpatient musculoskeletal medicine — combining the clinical breadth of a hospital-based outpatient center with the agility, accountability, and patient experience of a private, physician-owned practice. Our providers and staff are united by a shared belief that healthcare should be proactive rather than reactive, evidence-based rather than transactional, and built around the patient rather than the system.

We are committed to being at the forefront of clinical excellence and operational innovation, setting a new national standard for how medicine is practiced, patients are empowered, and outcomes are achieved. By cultivating a team of forward-thinking providers, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and building a culture of accountability, Madison Medical is not just a place of healing it's a destination for transformation.
