Athletic Republic at Connected Health is an evidence-based performance sports training facility. Currently we are seeking self-motivated, passionate, team oriented, individuals who are looking for a fulfilling career in developing hockey players into better athletes. Athletic Republic at Connected Health utilizes the latest technologies in hockey performance training which include: video analysis, 3PQ, Athletic Republic Hockey Treadmill, Plyo Press, Plyo Floor, Pro Multi-Hip and Athletic Republic's patented sports cord technology. What you
Will Do:
Evaluate and assign appropriate training measures for athlete development. Assess athlete's progression through various stages of trainings and implements various protocols as needed under the guidelines established by Athletic Republic Sports Training Training and scheduling athletes Implementing all levels of athlete development programs Pre and Post program testing Making day to day training decisions Educating athletes about their hockey training needs Data entry for test results Maintain an upbeat, outgoing attitude towards all clients and staff Sales which includes up-selling and marketing Maintaining relationship with parents, coaches and athletes Any additional duties as assigned What you Need to
Succeed:
Preferred strong background in hockey at professional/collegiate or club ranks. Bachelor's degree, from an accredited college, in the field of exercise science, sports physiology, physical education preferred. Advance certifications in strength and conditioning preferred. Current CPR Certification Complete the Athletic Republic Certification Levels 1 and 2 within the first 2 months of employment. Become familiar with all aspects of the training program in order to deliver an outstanding athlete training experience. Be proficient in leading a training center tour and selling new customer prospects on the training services. Be able to engage with athletes and parents while demonstrating your skills and expertise. Recognize the value and contribute to the centers' effort to retain customer, encourage referrals and attract new customers. Understand how best to utilize the training equipment, training protocols, training technology and athlete assessment resources and provide feedback to the athletes while training. Contribute to keeping the center clean, picked-up and organized. Deliver quality customer service and support through every customer interaction.
