We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team and provide on-site support during Real Madrid Foundation soccer camps across the United States.

Position:

Recovery Trainer (Seasonal - Summer 2026)

Location:

Various camp locations (travel may be required)

Compensation:

$500 - $750 per week (depending on experience and assignment)

Responsibilities:

Assist with basic player care and recovery support throughout camp Help manage minor issues such as soreness, fatigue, and general discomfort Support athletes in staying ready and performing at their best Assist with daily setup and organization of the working area Represent Zentra Recovery in a professional and positive manner

Requirements:

Background in sports, kinesiology, athletic training, or related field preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work in outdoor environments and active camp settings
