Help players understand the why behind what they're learning. Track player development and provide positive, constructive feedback. Create competitive and fun training environments. Build relationships with players and families. Maintain a safe, professional, organized gym environment. Represent Hoopland's culture and standard every time you step on the court. Who We're Looking For We're looking for coaches who can teach , not just demonstrate. Basketball experience is important, but so is the ability to connect with young athletes and make development fun.
