Job Description:
Provide clinical athletic training service for Bellin Health clinics under the direction of a designated Sports Medicine Family Practice Physician. Educate patients, student-athletes and public on health, wellness, prevention and treatment of injuries, along with the delivery of treatment of rehabilitation and clinical athletic trainer services, under the rules and regulations of the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA), and the state governing board. Possess skills needed to deliver patient-centered care as members of an interdisciplinary team, emphasizing evidence-based practice, quality improvement approaches, healthcare informatics and professionalism. This position will float throughout various functions of the Orthopedic Clinic, such as the orthopedic/sports medicine provider clinic, ortho trauma clinic, and orthopedic walk-in clinic.
Qualifications:
Wisconsin Athletic Trainer license required. Board of Certification (BOC) certified required. With so many amazing healthcare organizations in this area, why Bellin?
