It's owned by Treble Health, Dr. Ben Thompson and Dr. Garrett Thompson, two brothers who are audiologists. Founded by Dr. Marni Novick, AuD, our clinic is known across the Bay Area for expert hearing loss, tinnitus, and sound sensitivity treatment, delivered with warmth and a patient-first approach. We are hiring a full-time Doctor of Audiology to join our team. You will step into a thriving, well-established clinic with strong patient demand and a loyal patient base, in a setting where clinical excellence and patient relationships come first. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat adult patients with hearing loss, tinnitus, and related auditory conditions Perform diagnostic hearing evaluations and hearing aid fittings using Real Ear Measurement (REM) Provide tinnitus treatment, including evidence-based options such as Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) and Lenire bimodal stimulation Option to take on cochlear implant patients, with responsibilities of programming and mapping cochlear implants to optimize speech understanding and sound quality Deliver musician hearing services, including custom hearing protection and in-ear monitor (IEM) fittings Opportunity to perform hearing aid fittings, tinnitus management, cochlear implant mapping, and musician services, building real clinical depth in specialties that set this practice apart. Pay:
$120,000.00 - $150,000+ per year with commission incentives
