We provide on-site portable dentistry, podiatry, audiology, and optometry at Senior Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Veteran Homes across 20+ states—and we're continuing to grow. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, empathetic care while handling all logistics so providers can focus solely on the patient.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Dispensing Audiologist to join our mobile care team in La Quinta, CA. This role is ideal for someone looking to supplement their current schedule while making a meaningful impact in underserved communities. All administrative and logistical responsibilities—including equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing—are fully managed by CMC. This is an independent contractor position, allowing you to focus on patient care without the burdens of running a private practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hearing assessments and audiometric evaluations. Fit, adjust, and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devices. Provide counseling and education on hearing loss management. Collaborate with facility staff to improve communication strategies for patients.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Audiology (AuD) or Master's in Audiology. Active state audiology license in California. Certification by ASHA (CCC-A) or ABA (optional but preferred). Experience with geriatric or mobile care populations. Strong communication and counseling skills.
Schedule:
