D. or Ph.D.) in Audiology Current Texas Licensure as an Audiologist Prior experience working in pediatric or school-based environments preferred Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized student care Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams Key responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and screenings for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Consult with teachers, staff, and parents regarding hearing loss, accommodations, and assistive technology Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations This role offers more than fulfilling workits designed with your well-being in mind.
