Category Schools - Audiologist Job Type Contract A full-time Audiologist position is available for a contract assignment in the education sector, located in Perris, CA, with an itinerant role based in Murrieta, CA. This opportunity offers consistent hours, working 37.5 hours per week with 8-hour days that include a 30-minute lunch break. The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year, concluding in the second week of June.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations and assessments for students Provide hearing screenings and diagnostic services within the school setting Develop and implement individualized hearing management plans Collaborate with educators and support staff to accommodate students' hearing needs Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies Offer counseling and support to students, parents, and faculty regarding hearing health and technology Manage the selection, fitting, and maintenance of hearing aids and related devices Travel between school sites in the assigned area to deliver itinerant services

Qualifications:

Valid state licensure or certification as an Audiologist Experience working within an educational setting preferred Strong knowledge of pediatric audiology and hearing assessment tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage a caseload across multiple locations Willingness to travel between Perris and Murrieta as part of the itinerant service delivery
