Minimum Education required : AuD Masters or Doctoral degree; license or opportunity to be licensed Skills required : Perform cochlear implantation, testing, evaluation and follow-up. Based on test results, diagnose audio vestibular disorders. Administer Diagnostic Tests. Perform Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE), Tympanometry, Audiological Evaluations, ETD testing and acoustic reflex threshold and tone decay testing. Coordinate and interpret test results. Consult with and make recommendations on hearing disorders to physicians. Coordinate care with physicians and other providers. Complete chart notes for each patient seen and send written report to referring physician and primary care physician.
