They are seeking a Diagnostic Audiologist (Dispensing Audiologist preferred) to join their growing team in San Jose. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiologic evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Conduct hearing aid consultations, fittings, programming, verification, and follow-up care. Interpret test results and develop individualized treatment recommendations. Educate patients and families on hearing loss, hearing aid technology, treatment options, and long-term hearing health. Perform real-ear measurements and make appropriate hearing aid adjustments to maximize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely electronic patient records and documentation. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Support ongoing patient care through counseling, troubleshooting, and follow-up appointments. Contribute to a positive, patient-focused culture centered on clinical excellence and service. Qualifications Licensed Audiologist or eligible for licensure in the applicable state. Dispensing Audiologist experience preferred. Strong diagnostic audiology and clinical assessment skills. Experience with hearing aid fittings, programming, verification, and follow-up care. Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities. Comfortable working with a diverse patient population, including pediatric and geriatric patients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with electronic medical records and digital documentation systems. Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
