Job Description
Audiologist (Full Time, Days)
- 301656 Description Job Summary Specializes in preventative, diagnostic, habilitative, and rehabilitative services related to audition and communication disorders in children birth to 21 years of age.
- maintain active and in good standing throughout employment. "Provisional" State of Florida license may be considered. Full state licensure must be earned prior to start date. ASLHA
- Amer Speech Lang Hearing Assoc Certificate of Clinical Competency American Heart Association BLS
- maintain active and in good standing throughout employment Level II Finger printing background and Good Moral Character Affidavit must be initiated within 15 days of hire date and finalized within 90 days of hire date Clinical Pediatric Rotation in Audiology or Pediatric Experience in Audiology Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology preferred.
