Audiologist

Are you eager to work with a well-established team who will treat you like family? Audiology Associates of South Florida is seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be empathetic and compassionate with a strong background in pediatric audiology. A Day in the
Life :
Establish rapport with patients of all ages and their families through educational counseling and developing personalized treatment plans based on each patient's lifestyle and needs. Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry. Conduct auditory processing, newborn hearing screening (ABR's and OAE's), VRA's, tinnitus, and cochlear implant appointments. Fit and dispense hearing aids and assistive listening devices. Support children and families participating in Florida's Children's Hearing Aid Program (CHAP) , helping ensure access to hearing aids, follow-up visits, and ongoing care. Educate parents and caregivers on results, recommendations, and next steps in clear, compassionate terms. Collaborate closely with the clinical and front office teams to deliver a smooth patient experience.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program. Current or eligibility to obtain Audiology licensure in Florida. Pediatric audiology experience preferred but not required; training is available. A genuine comfort level working with children and communicating with parents. Open to both experienced Audiologists and new graduates. Interest in building a long-term role within a growing private practice. Why Join Us?
