Qualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist with active credentials Minimum 2-3 years of recent, independent bedside experience, managing ventilated patients Current and relevant work experience in a hospital setting Proficiency in operating the Servo U ventilator and its modes within a NICU environment Bonus if you have hands-on knowledge of Drager, Bunnell Jet Vent, Sensormedics 3100A oscillator, and Nitric Oxide therapies
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver expert respiratory care, including assessment and management of neonatal and pediatric ventilated patients Operate and troubleshoot advanced ventilator equipment in the NICU Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate patient-centered respiratory plans Maintain up-to-date accurate clinical documentation
