Locum Audiologist Orchard Macon, GA Job Details Temporary | Part-time $65 - $85 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications BLS Certification Outpatient Audiology Audiologist License Auditory training Patient treatment Hearing assessments Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Locum Audiologist - Trauma Surgery for our client in Georgia! Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient audiologic evaluations within an otolaryngology clinic. Perform clinical patient assessments across a diverse age spectrum, ranging from newborns to geriatrics. Conduct and interpret Videonystagmography (VNG) testing for vestibular and balance assessments. Manage a daily patient volume averaging 15-20 clinical encounters per shift. Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation for all patient visits using the Epic EMR system. Qualifications Active Board Certification (or minimum eligible status) as an Audiologist. Possession of a valid state professional license.
Required Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS). Demonstrated clinical experience performing comprehensive audiologic diagnostics and specialized vestibular testing.
Schedule Coverage Period:
06-24-2026 to 10-02-2026.
Core Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with optional Saturday shifts.
Flexibility:
Scheduled clinical hours only; the facility is flexible and open to part-time schedules of 3 or 4 days per week if 5 days are not possible. Skills Proficiency in diagnosing and managing hearing and balance disorders across all age groups (pediatric through geriatric). Advanced technical competency utilizing VNG testing equipment and protocols. Efficiency in maintaining high clinical throughput while ensuring excellent standards of patient care. Strong technological proficiency with Epic EMR for clinical charting, order entry, and care tracking. All travel expenses are reimbursed by our client, and we cover malpractice insurance with tail coverage!
