Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a private practice Audiologist, where you will play a vital role in diagnosing, treating, and managing hearing and balance disorders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by providing expert audiological care. You will work closely with patients of all ages, including pediatric populations, to improve their quality of life through innovative hearing solutions and comprehensive assessments. This job will be at 2 SoundGate locations- Savage and Roseville. The hire would be willing to travel between these offices throughout the week. Schedule would be known in advance. Duties Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations of hearing and balance functions using advanced audiological equipment and techniques Develop personalized treatment plans, including fitting hearing aids, assistive listening devices, and cochlear implants Perform specialized assessments for pediatric patients, ensuring age-appropriate testing procedures Educate patients and their families about hearing health, device usage, and maintenance to promote optimal outcomes Collaborate with otolaryngologists (ear, nose, and throat specialists) to coordinate patient care and treatment strategies Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories, test results, and treatment progress using electronic medical records Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism Skills Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy related to the auditory and vestibular systems Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques for hearing loss and balance disorders Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to audiology and otolaryngology practices Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple patient appointments efficiently Experience working with pediatric populations and understanding their unique needs Competence in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel for record keeping and reporting Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex information to patients of diverse backgrounds Leadership qualities that foster teamwork within multidisciplinary healthcare settings Ability to utilize computer skills effectively for data entry, scheduling, and telehealth consultations Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise directly enhances lives through compassionate care. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
