Your Impact Day-to-Day:
In this role, you will provide holistic, full-scope audiological care. Your daily routine will focus on:
Comprehensive Clinical Care:
Conducting evaluations, dispensing and fitting advanced hearing aids, and managing tinnitus and auditory processing cases.
Advanced Solutions:
Performing CI evaluations, activations, and ongoing programming.
Patient & Family Counseling:
Partnering with patients and their families to build robust communication strategies and lifelong hearing health habits.
Collaborative Practice:
Participating in team meetings to elevate patient care, and collaborating with our network of referring physicians.
Community Engagement:
Representing the practice at local health fairs, senior events, and family festivals to promote hearing wellness. Compensation & Benefits to

Base Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000/year (commensurate with experience).

What We Are Looking For:
Doctorate of Audiology (Au.

D.) degree. Active or eligible for Audiology licensure in the state of North Carolina. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a natural ability to build trust quickly.
