Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Job Overview As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of assistance. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and bathing. Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort. Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and personal preferences. Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming. Keep accurate medical records and documentation of client care. Monitor and communicate any changes in clients' conditions or behaviors to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed by healthcare providers. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
