School Year Position Details:
Part Time - for 2026-2027 School Year About the Role Hi, Audiologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring for a school-based position in Forest City, NC . This role is ideal for both experienced and newer Audiologists. Why Join Us Competitive pay (Up to $57/hour) W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits• + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments for students Provide hearing health services for students in the school district Collaborate with school staff and Special Education teams Ensure compliance with state and federal laws related to schools What We're Looking For Valid North Carolina State Audiologist license (or ability to obtain, based on equivalent license from another state) Strong communication and collaboration skills About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
