Job Description

Part-Time Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist Bismarck, North Dakota Position:
Professional Hearing Aid Clinic Network is seeking a licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist for a new part-time clinic location in Bismarck, ND. This is a one-day-per-week position, ideal for a provider looking for supplemental hours, a flexible schedule, or part-time clinical work. Either an AuD or licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist will be considered.
Schedule:
This position is expected to be one day per week. The specific day of operation will be determined based on provider availability and clinic needs.
Job Requirements:
Must be a licensed Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist, valid in or transferable to North Dakota. Applicants who are currently in the process of obtaining licensure are welcome to apply, and employment may be arranged once licensure is complete.

Strong communication and social skills with patients, co-workers, and administrative team. Proactive and positive attitude toward patient care, clinic goals, and deadlines. Ability to work independently and professionally in a part-time clinic setting. Analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving ability. Commitment to providing excellent patient care and representing the clinic professionally in the community.
Job Duties:
Serve the Bismarck community by offering hearing tests, consultations, and excellent patient care. Perform hearing evaluations, analyze results, educate patients, and provide professional hearing aid recommendations. Place, manage, and deliver hearing aid orders in a timely and organized manner. Provide follow-up care, cleanings, adjustments, repairs, and ongoing hearing aid support. Maintain professional relationships with patients, vendors, insurance providers, and business partners. Help establish and maintain a positive professional presence for the new Bismarck clinic. Ensure excellent, consistent, and professional service for every patient.
Compensation:
Compensation is $45.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. License renewal, certification, and maintenance costs will be reimbursed. This is a part-time position and is expected to be approximately one day per week.
