Job Description

IMA IMA is seeking a part-time Audiologist to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed Audiologist looking for a flexible schedule while providing high-quality hearing and balance care to patients. Position Summary The Audiologist is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with hearing, balance, and related auditory disorders. This position will provide patient-centered care, conduct diagnostic assessments, recommend treatment options, and support ongoing hearing health management. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent patient experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct hearing evaluations and diagnostic audiological testing. Assess patients for hearing, tinnitus, and balance-related concerns. Interpret test results and explain findings clearly to patients and families. Recommend appropriate treatment plans, hearing devices, or referrals based on evaluation results. Fit, program, and troubleshoot hearing aids and related assistive listening devices as needed. Provide counseling and education to patients regarding hearing loss, hearing protection, and treatment options. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and office team members to support coordinated patient care. Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and safety standards. Required Qualifications Doctor of Audiology ( Au.

D. ) or equivalent degree in Audiology from an accredited program. Current state licensure as an Audiologist. Strong knowledge of diagnostic audiology and hearing aid technology. Excellent communication and patient counseling skills. Ability to work independently in a part-time clinical setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
