Highlights of the Position Well-established Specialty Eye Care Clinic reaching patients in a 12-county region in both North Central PA and the Southern Tier of NY Creative and flexible schedules available to accommodate work-life balance Productivity pay model enabling higher earning potential Guthrie's Department of Ophthalmology is a highly successful, dynamic, and growing multi-specialty group with 16 Optometrists and 11 Ophthalmologists Cataract/Comprehensive as well as subspecialists in Retina, Glaucoma, Cornea, Ocular Pathology, and Oculoplastics Our highly trained Optometrists practice to the fullest scope of their licensure with their own medical and primary patient base and work closely with our ophthalmologists co-managing both surgical and medical patients. Diagnostic testing includes Visual Fields, OCT, Fundus and Slit Lamp Photography and Topography - dedicated diagnostic staff support ancillary testing. Position is supported by ophthalmic assistants who will provide patient work ups, scribe and assist with practice. Starting Salary:
