Job Description

A well-established, privately owned hearing healthcare practice is seeking an Audiologist to support its growing network of 13 established locations across Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island. Rather than operating from retail storefronts, the practice's clinics are located within established medical centers, providing a consistent flow of physician referrals and an established patient base. Providers have the opportunity to work from locations that best align with their preferred geographic area and commuting distance while enjoying a collaborative healthcare environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care.
Position Overview:
The Audiologist will provide comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing-aid consultations, fittings, programming, verification, and follow-up care for primarily adult patients and occasional pediatric patients ages seven and up. Practice locations are available throughout Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island, with assignments based on provider preference and commuting distance whenever feasible.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations Recommend hearing technology based on each patient's hearing loss, communication needs, and lifestyle Fit, program, verify, and troubleshoot hearing aids Provide counseling and follow-up care, including cleanings, adjustments, and maintenance Perform cerumen management, where permitted Collaborate with physicians and medical office staff to provide an exceptional patient experience Requirements Doctor of Audiology (Au.
