What You'll Be Doing Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic evaluations Provide personalised rehabilitation plans tailored to each client's needs Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aid technologies to improve patient outcomes Deliver follow-up care and ongoing support to ensure optimal hearing performance Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and care Contribute to clinic growth through community outreach and engagement activities Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology from a recognised institution 1-2 years of clinical experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Exposure to a retail hearing care environment will be an added advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills A patient-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Who You Are You're someone who genuinely cares about improving people's quality of life.
