  • Stay current with audiology best practices, compliance expectations, licensure requirements, and continuing education standards. What We're Looking For
  • Doctor of Audiology degree or other state-approved audiology credential required for licensure.
  • Valid state license to practice audiology, or ability to obtain required licensure before starting.
  • Valid malpractice coverage or ability to obtain coverage.
  • Ability and willingness to travel statewide to assigned long-term care and skilled nursing facility locations.
  • Experience with hearing evaluations, otoscopy, hearing aid fitting, programming, maintenance, and patient education preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment and comfort working independently in a mobile healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate respectfully with patients, facility staff, families, and internal team members.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage documentation, scheduling expectations, equipment needs, and travel responsibilities.
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, ethical, and high-quality hearing care to long-term care residents. Benefits and Support
