What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate: Is able to provide coverage at our Mill Creek location Is enthusiastic, outgoing and team-oriented, with an interest in diagnostics, hearing aid fittings and counseling to achieve the best outcomes for the patient Is comfortable with selling hearing aids and other services Is able to build effective relationships with diverse patients (many are well-educated, high-income professionals who are tech savvy), team members and vendors Has 1 year of experience, preferably in a private practice Has an understanding of how a business operates (or an interest in learning) Holds a Doctorate Degree in Audiology—ABA Certification is a plus Has Washington State Licensure or eligibility Your Compensation Eastside Audiology offers a compensation package that includes a base salary, a sign-on & retention bonus, 401(k) contributions and two weeks of
