full-time Hearing Partners of South Florida, a premier private audiology practice in Palm Beach County, Florida, is looking for a full-time audiologist ready to elevate their career and make a real impact. We are a comprehensive audiology group dedicated to teaching, proactive hearing preservation, diagnostics, and treatment of hearing loss and tinnitus. Our practice is built on evidence-based best practice and an integrated approach to hearing health care. We collaborate with medical professionals and community partners to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care. If you are enthusiastic about treating the whole patient-not just a hearing loss---this is the right practice for you. We are seeking an energetic, charismatic, motivated team player that can work independently or in group settings to help continue to grow a well-established practice. An Audiologist with experience is preferred in a private practice setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-oriented individual. You will earn a competitive salary, plus commissions. We offer full benefits. Salary range based on Base + Commission 70K - 120K Establish rapport with and gather history from patients, conduct audiometric testing, and make recommendations for hearing devices as well as tinnitus treatment options. Meet established hearing aid sales goals. Make ear impressions for ear molds, order instruments. Cerumen removal. Program hearing aids. Fit Lyric. Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions, or problems. Real-Ear / Speech Mapping / Speech in Noise. Counsel patients. Maintain documentation and patient files. Tinnitus evaluations and treatment. Manage people. Strong organizational skills. The ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of patients. The ability to work independently but also in a team environment. The ability to always interact professionally with patients, physicians, vendors, team members, and management. Community outreach and physician marketing involvement. Social media platform knowledge a plus. Active Florida Audiologist license in good standing.
