Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Seeking a dedicated professional to provide expertise and support as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming 2026-27 academic year. This full-time opportunity offers an engaging caseload and dynamic day-to-day experience, allowing you to create meaningful change for students across five schools in the vicinity of Auburn University, AL.
Key Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification required Prior experience working within school settings highly preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and independently Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans Positive, student-centered approach committed to promoting academic and behavioral growth
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral support to a caseload of approximately seven students in need of BCBA services Serve five schools, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive learning environment Consult with teachers, staff, and families to develop and refine strategies tailored to each student's unique needs Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and adjust interventions as necessary throughout the academic year Lead data collection efforts and provide ongoing training to school personnel regarding best practices in behavior analysis No RBT supervision is required within this assignment, allowing focus on direct student and staff support Benefits include consistent hours (37.5 hours per week) in a contract role for the full school year, the opportunity to make a tangible impact across multiple educational environments, and professional growth in a collaborative educational setting.
