Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a meaningful opportunity supporting students across five schools in a dynamic educational setting for the 2026-27 school year! This full-time contract position seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is eager to make a difference for learners and collaborate with educators and related service providers. As a vital member of the student support team, you'll have the chance to positively impact the lives of seven students by providing specialized behavioral analysis and strategies. This position is designed for a motivated BCBA ready to bring expertise and innovation to school-based settings.
Qualifications & Experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Experience implementing behavioral intervention plans in educational settings. Strong ability to communicate and consult with both staff and families. Previous exposure to multi-school or districtwide service is advantageous, but not required. Organizational skills to manage documentation, case load, and collaboration across sites.
Role Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead BCBA for a caseload currently consisting of seven students in need of behavioral support. Deliver direct behavioral interventions and develop individualized plans to foster student success. Consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary teams across five schools to embed behavior supports into daily programming. Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as necessary, and maintain rigorous documentation. Participate in meetings, contribute to IEPs, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidance.
