Are you a dedicated RBT looking for a fresh start with a locally owned ABA clinic? We're 100% clinic-based, passionate about what we do, and we're building a team that's just as fun as it is supportive. If you're ready to make a real difference while enjoying a collaborative, energizing environment—we'd love to meet you! No RBT certification yet? That's okay! If you have experience working with children and a passion for making a difference, we'll give you all the training and support you need to become a certified RBT.
What You'll Do:
Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the guidance of a BCBA Implement individualized behavior intervention plans Track client progress and behaviors with precision and care Help children build essential skills—social, communication, and daily living Collaborate with your BCBA and teammates to deliver high-quality, compassionate care Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all our clients
What We're Looking For:
Someone kind, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to follow clinical plans with attention to detail Patient, calm, and committed to helping children succeed Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced setting Experience working with children or individuals with ASD preferred—but we'll train the right person!

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience
Location:
In-person at our Gadsden, AL clinic
Schedule Options:
4-hour or 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday (No weekends!)
