Job Description
Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support to students in a school setting. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to support students in achieving their academic, behavioral, social, and communication goals. Qualifications Required Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or behavioral health settings. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Special Education, or a related field. Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral needs. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit for extended periods. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds when necessary.
