Job Description
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Mentoring and Behavioral Services

Position Details:
- Full-Time BCBA Position
Pay:
$60/hour- Manageable caseload of approximately 15 clients

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Create, review, and update treatment plans based on client progress
- Provide supervision and support to RBTs
- Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families
- Analyze data and make clinical recommendations
- Ensure ethical and effective ABA services are provided according to BACB standards
- Collaborate with clinical team members to support client success
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification through the BACB
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA license (if required by state regulations)
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
