We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families through evidence-based ABA services.
Position Details:
  • Full-Time BCBA Position
  • Pay:
    $60/hour
  • Manageable caseload of approximately 15 clients
  • Health insurance benefits available

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Create, review, and update treatment plans based on client progress
  • Provide supervision and support to RBTs
  • Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families
  • Analyze data and make clinical recommendations
  • Ensure ethical and effective ABA services are provided according to BACB standards
  • Collaborate with clinical team members to support client success
Qualifications:
  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Active BCBA license (if required by state regulations)
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
