In this vital role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Responsibilities Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data on client progress, behaviors, and skill acquisition accurately and consistently Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and hygiene routines Support the development of communication, social, and functional skills through engaging teaching methods Maintain detailed medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with team members to modify interventions based on data trends and client needs Foster a safe, supportive environment that promotes positive behavior management and client well-being Skills Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis principles Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior management strategies effectively Excellent data collection skills for tracking client progress and informing treatment plans Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance Compassionate approach to patient care with patience and adaptability Effective teaching skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to empowering individuals through innovative behavioral health services.
