Job Description
The School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to students with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities within the school setting. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT implements individualized treatment plans, collects accurate data, promotes independence, and collaborates with school personnel while maintaining a positive, professional, and student-centered approach.
