Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a real impact supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at the elementary school level during a maternity leave coverage. This contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and make a difference each day. You'll work closely with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed to foster student progress and a positive learning environment.

Key Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions in a school setting preferred Ability to follow BCBA-created treatment plans with fidelity Skilled in supporting elementary-aged students with diverse needs Strong communication abilities with students, school staff, and supervising BCBAs Must demonstrate reliability, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions

What You'll Do:

Support students with behavior plans during daily classroom routines Collect accurate data on student behaviors and intervention effectiveness Work alongside teachers and other support staff to implement strategies with consistency Participate in meetings and provide observations to help inform ongoing student support Maintain detailed and confidential records in line with school and state regulations
