Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity awaits experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) interested in making a meaningful impact within a vibrant educational environment for the 2026-27 school year. This full-time contract role spans 37.5 hours per week and involves providing expert behavioral consultation and support to students across five school sites. The primary focus will be on delivering direct support and behavioral programming for a caseload of seven students who require specialized BCBA services. As of now, there are no RBT supervision duties; your attention will be concentrated purely on student-centered interventions, assessment, and collaboration with school staff.
Key Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, current and in good standing Solid experience in educational or school-based settings preferred Ability to manage and prioritize across multiple sites and work independently Proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring data-driven behavior intervention plans Outstanding communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses for assigned students Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Conduct regular observations, data collection, and progress reviews Train and consult with teachers and staff to ensure fidelity of behavioral programming Maintain accurate documentation and support the creation of IEP goals related to behavior Collaborate with families and contribute to team meetings as needed Experience a school year where your specialized expertise creates positive change for students and empowers educational staff.
