This onsite contract opportunity is ideal for those who are passionate about making a tangible difference in students' lives and thrive on collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. You'll have the chance to work with a diverse caseload of approximately 50-60 students, creating positive changes across elementary, middle, and high school environments. Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required
Experience working collaboratively in school-based settings with varied age groups (Pre-K-12)
Strong communication and consultation skills with teachers, students, and families
Ability to assess, develop, and implement effective behavior intervention plans
Flexible and adept at managing a caseload of 50-60 students with diverse behavioral needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide actionable recommendations
Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention strategies
Collaborate closely with school staff to promote positive student outcomes
Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and professional training
