Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Bring your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to an impactful contract position supporting students in an educational setting near Alma, AR. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' lives while working onsite in a collaborative school environment. Starting as soon as possible and extending through May 2027, you will work closely with a virtual BCBA to ensure students receive high-quality applied behavior analysis support.
Key Qualifications:
Active Registry as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) BCBA licensure and demonstrated experience preferred Previous experience providing behavior intervention services in schools or child-focused settings Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Willingness to work onsite throughout the school year
Primary Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a virtual BCBA Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress Provide direct support to students, facilitating positive behavior and emotional regulation Collaborate with educators, administration, and families as needed Adhere to all school, state, and district policies and procedures Participate in ongoing training and professional development
