This contract-based opportunity is perfect for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative environment. The role runs from August through late May onsite at a school near Greenwood, AR. You'll guide effective behavioral interventions while working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active BCBA licensure required Demonstrated success supporting school-aged children with diverse behavioral needs Strong communication and collaborative skills Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans within educational settings Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and flexibly based on assignment needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and functional behavior analyses for assigned students Design, implement, and evaluate individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide training, modeling, and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families Collect and interpret behavioral data to guide informed decision-making Collaborate with educational teams, attend IEP meetings, and participate in ongoing professional development
