Description:
Spark Community is seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding ABA team. Our center currently provides ABA therapy with two BCBAs, and we are adding an additional BCBA to support the growing number of children receiving services. The BCBA will design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans and ABA programming, working closely with therapists, educators, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure meaningful outcomes for the children we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and implementation of the ABA program Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) Provide family guidance, training, and support Deliver and oversee direct ABA services Train, mentor, and supervise paraprofessionals, RBTs, interns, and center staff Maintain collaborative relationships with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members Collaborate with classroom staff, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to ensure coordinated care

Requirements:
Current BCBA certification required Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field Experience working with children receiving ABA therapy preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment Must pass criminal background checks Must pass pre-employment drug screen Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
