Job Description

TITLE:
Behavior Technician Every Little Step ABA is hiring highly motivated individuals to join our team. Every Little Step ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to individuals diagnosed with Autism and other neurodiversities. Registered Behavior Technicians work with clients and families in a variety of settings including home, schools and clinics. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent Willing to obtain RBT Certification within 6 months of hire or have RBT Cert. active and in good standing. Experience working with individuals of various ages and abilities Current active Adult and Child CPR First Aid/Certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as dependability, reliability and a professional demeanor Valid driver's license and insurance Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to a 30-mile radius from Little Rock FBI background check Ability to move quickly and engage in physical interventions when needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
RESPONSIBILIITES
Provide direct one on one and/or group services to individuals receiving ABA services, to include implementing written individualized protocols and treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Appropriately implement behavior management strategies and respond safely in crisis situations. Provide parental training in a supportive and nonjudgmental collaboration. Collect data on client behavior and skills as detailed in written protocols and enter into EHR system during sessions. Ensure a creative, safe, and productive environment to promote client success. Complete administrative tasks, including client documentation, client needed materials, and other needs for the center. Maintain confidentiality for all clients. Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors. Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors. Respond to calls and emails in a timely fashion Attend all required trainings as required.
