Job Description Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a SCHOOL setting in Pocahontas (Arkansas) Support each client with the understanding they are trying to communicate their wants and needs Teach clients ways to communicate their wants and needs so others in their environment are able to understand their individualized needs Support each client through the lens of teaching opportunities Support each client with an understanding they are an individual and their individuality is the highest priority for their care Assist in the facilitation of a professional work environment that is welcoming to all colleagues, clients, and families Implement teaching programs as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Advocate for appropriate training to ensure programs are being implemented with fidelity Collect minute-by-minute data accurately and enter into the electronic medical record system Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to develop professional skills and further knowledge Adhere to time and attendance policies Adhere to company policies Adhere to Federal and State laws specific to healthcare and health records Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent College course work in human development and/or behavior analysis (preferred) Registered Behavior Technician® credential (preferred) Ability to pass a Level 1 FBI Background check, including finger printing
