Position Summary The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing parent training, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA services. The BCBA plays a critical role in supporting children, empowering families, and mentoring staff while maintaining the highest standards of clinical and ethical excellence. Essential Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to RBTs Analyze data and make treatment recommendations based on client progress Conduct parent and caregiver training Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other service providers Complete treatment plans, progress reports, authorizations, and other insurance documentation Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to program development Support organizational growth initiatives and help expand access to services within surrounding communities Qualifications Required Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Preferred Experience supervising RBTs and behavior intervention programs Experience with insurance-funded ABA services Leadership or program development experience CPR/First Aid certification Why Join Lighthouse?
