The Role:
Connection First You will work one-on-one with a child to help them navigate daily life. This starts with building a real connection so you can:
Implement Support Plans:
Use customized plans developed to help kids reach their goals.
Teach Life Skills:
Help children with daily tasks like grooming, dressing, and feeding to foster their independence.
Foster Communication:
Help kids find their voice and express their needs clearly.
Track Progress:
Use a tablet to record data on behaviors and responses with precision so we can adjust our strategies as needed.
Collaborate:
Work closely with your team and communicate effectively with families to ensure everyone is aligning in the same direction.
