Full-Time HOURLY Pay Rates = $20.00•$25.00, dependent on education and experience in the field of ABA $1000 Commitment Bonus, 25% at 3 months, 25% at 6 months, and 50% at one year This position pays $20•25/hour, commensurate with experience. What you need to know about the L.I.F.E.•ABA Department:
Our ABA department has multiple engaging specialized environments where ABA therapy can be provided to best support each unique learner. We offer varying intensities from 1:1 to 1:3 support, including attending group learning environments in different capacities and/or individual clinic sessions. Our ABA team supports individuals who attend L.I.F.E. for our wide variety of services and those who attend exclusively for ABA clinic sessions outside of their typical school day. Our beautiful facility is housed on a 10-acre property and provides many learning environments to encourage skill development. BCBAs and Program Managers are on-site daily to provide feedback and support, allowing staff to grow their skills and ensuring treatment fidelity. We value our staff by offering a rewarding work environment to provide them with an intrinsically valuable and profoundly impactful job experience. Team building activities are created for our ABA team members to encourage them to maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment. Our ABA clinical team members collaborate with specialty therapists and academy teachers to enhance the treatment of each client we serve. The administrative team coordinates staff schedules and finds replacement sessions when cancellations occur to maximize staff availability. Communication with families regarding scheduling is maintained by the administrative team. Time off forSelf-Care:
Up to 2 Weeks of PTO during the first two years of service; accruing up to 3 Weeks of PTO starts after 2 years PTO rollover An additional 12 Paid Holidays each year (Paid after 90 days) L.I.F.E. observes scheduled Spring, Fall, and Winter breaks. Pay during these designated closure periods is based on employee tenure and eligibility.First year of employment:
unpaid scheduled breaks After 1 year of employment: eligible for 50% scheduled break pay Beginning in year 4 and beyond: eligible for 100% scheduled break pay Eligibility and payment are subject to L.I.F.E.'s policies and applicable employment status.Earn Extra:
