Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active BCBA certification required Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families Skilled in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic environments

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavioral assessments to determine the needs of students Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to student goals Provide training, consultation, and support to school staff and families Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data collection and analysis Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services rendered Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to advocate for student success Offer crisis intervention and support as required
