Adora Alliance provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients, with Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis, under 18 years of age in Tucson, Arizona. Our curricula is designed with the intent of educating and empowering caregivers. Adora Alliance impacts the lives of individuals and their families through its application of research-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the home, school, and community settings. By understanding the importance of first learning opportunities that families and caregivers provide children, Adora Alliance creates development plans that are unique to each client.
Responsibilities Detailed:
With the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), provide top-quality one-on-one therapy in home, school, and patient meetings Ability to implement treatment plans and behavior support plans Work in both indoor and outdoor settings as they relate to the patient's natural environment, which may include being outdoors in a variety of weather changes Our RBTs possess: Strong ability to accept constructive feedback positively with enhanced skill sets as the goal Effective time management skills managing multiple tasks at any given time Flexibility to manage ever-changing priorities, to meet the urgent requirements of the client/family Ability to support the development of behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans Amazing collaboration skills with treatment team (includes client, parents, caregivers, outside professionals, and all co-workers
Job Requirements:
Current RBT certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Be 18 years of age or older and hold a High School Diploma or a General Education Development (GED) Experience implementing behavior support and treatment plans Reliable transportation and ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and TB test Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time

COMPENSATION RANGE
$22.00-$28.00/hour; depending on experience and education credentials
